4.      The scope of works for each contract section is detailed in Section 6-Employers Requires of this Bidding Document. Bidders may bid for one or more lots as indicate in the bidding document.

5.      Only eligible bidders meeting the technical and financial qualification criteria below should participate in the bidding. Details are provided in Section 3 of the Bidding Documents.

6.      Bidders are reminded to pay attention to the definition of “conflict of interest” in Clause 4.3 of Section 1-Instructions to Bidders. Bidders considered to be in a conflict of interest will be disqualified.
