On July 14, Head Department of Infrastructure Construction of CNTIC held a conference at Genertec Plaza. Vice President Liu Debing presided over the conference, conveyed the spirit of Mid-year Working Conference 2005 and made arrangements for the work to be done in the second half of the year.
